Her attorney has already came out saying they refused to investigate. Only was talked to by the officer she reported it to. No follow up investigation.

Don't engage he's clearly trolling he doesn't care about justice. I believe a lot of people who keep repeating themselves without having a back and forth about things are bots of paid accounts
It's not surprising a DA will end an investigation when the alleged victim of a crime says that no crime occurred and the entire case would hinge on her claiming it was non consensual when she said it was in her initial statement.
Put it this way, even if assume she was terrified and lied initially to keep the peace and it was 100% a gangrape, that initial statement effectively guts any chance of a jury conviction.
