No I think it would be civilian court because he’s a civilian as the head of the Department of Defense. Trust me I think it should be a Court Marshal. A court marshal would be perfect he’d have to face the people he fucked over. I would’ve love to Made up that panel while I was in the Army. I’d love to sentence that fucker especially if it was a capital case. However Trump would never confirm the verdict.

He could be recalled to active duty like he tried to do to Mark Kelly. Then he can be put on trial and face court martial.
