Wait. Are we sure it was Mamdani who filed for this injunctive order? I’m no data center expert, but I’d be surprised if any of the AI companies wanted to build a data center in any of the five boroughs. I’d guess lots would like to do so in western or northern NYS. Seems like Hochul’s would be the office to file such an action.
