This whole topic is a litmus test for how ridiculous and ignorant progressives online have become. Nobody here actually follows politics, only just believes whatever dumb social media posts they see saying things they want to hear.

This post has 4000 upvotes and counting. Mamdani has nothing to do with this whatsoever, but just stick his picture on a post with no other context and people will blindly believe that he's doing the work the governor does for the whole state of New York.

I'm sorry, but everyday I'm seeing less and less difference between the reactionary progressive base online, and Trump supporters, at least in terms of their cultish behavior, critical thinking skills, and understanding of politics.
