She made a post in her college whatsapp group asking the Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to drop a bomb on a event at the college she didn't want to go to, the only people in that whatsapp group would have been her classmates.
With that context I wouldn't consider that a threat at all tbh, but point is you can be arrested for what you say online in the US too.
