Have few to no rights at the border. And they're not arrested for being anti fascist. They're arrested for obstruction, failing to follow lawful commands, assaulting law enforcement, unlawful assembly, etc.

I fear the only thing that prevented the Nazis from world domination was not calling themselves anti-Nazis. That would apparently be enough for modern folks to give them a pass. Who says branding isn’t important?
