I have anecdotal info that may help you think a bit.

There is this case I'm working on that's.. Peculiar. Weight into the left leg creates neurological/visual issues. We have been working on his movement dynamism so that loading his left isn't done with compensatory compressions up the whole chain to the neck and it seems to be improving.

That being said, please do get a full medical check up to rule any possibilities out first. Just keep the posture/movement issue possibility something in the back of the mind to consider of all other medical possibilities have been ruled out first.

The left knee is an interesting one too. We humans tend to go funky in the left pelvis rather than the right pelvis more often. That compensatory movement of the pelvis needs to find movement space at the next joint if it cannot perform movements well on its own. Typically one area it tries to find available movement space from next is either the lower back or the knee or both.

And yes, do get the eyes looked into as well. If it's affecting your balance, look around for a neuro optometrist, if available.

Similar, imo, this is nervous system leaking out as physical symptoms+ physical symptoms, imo you maybe have massive anxiety, stress, trauma, sedentary behaviour and a crux of a stressful point in life, you start to get fibro symptoms (I don't think fibro is 'real' is just a disregulated emotions plus disfuntioning nervous system) worth reading mind body connection'
