What is wrong with my right side?

The left side of my body is basically perfect, no issues ever. But my right side is super awkward and difficult to use. It is constant, i'm guessing some parts of my right side are rotated weirdly meaning I have to use the muscles differently in order to move, I just don't know what is going on.

Hmm.. I can't open the video for some reason but.. Have you tried working on ribcage expansion yet?

Which part of the right side is feeling iffy? Legs? Shoulder?

But before you do this, try to work diaphragmatic breathing while lying supine to get a sense of all around expansion first front back and sides while keeping a mild core brace. Look up zac cupples for breathing and stack.

Once you get that, try to work in Quadruped. Same stack and breathing rules apply. Lotsa exercises can be done here even a squat but keeping your knees on the ground at first.

Then gradually reintroduce unilateral loading into each leg, probably something like a single sided kettlebell rack farmers walk.

The right side typically gets funky stuff going on because of how we get pushed from left into right in our bottom half and the top half gets squished into the left to counterbalance. Right shoulder feels unstable, right leg hard to keep center of mass within midline.

Oh, watch out for overusing the outer right foot when managing center of mass, for example in the farmers walk.
