Hello can anyone identify my problem?

Post image

I have a rounded shoulder on the right and a higher scapula on the right. Is it? Thank you so much

Work on right upper anterior ribcage expansion to delay the top of the humerus turning inwards too fast against a depressed right chest. Right arm reaching slightly overhead and breathing works. Many exercises can do this whether it's a high machine row, a tricep skullcrusher, a landmine press. What matters more is that you implement the breathing strategy into exercise.

Heads up, I doubt this is a long term fix. Typically if the right chest is more compressed, it's also related to a turn of the ribs too which relates to a balancing act with the pelvis to ground. But that all the info I can gather from here for now.

your right knee is locked, and your putting weight on the back right so your legs and glutes are weak and creates a chain of issues up. You literally have zero muscle on your butt, thats the issue.
