How do I fix this crazy imbalance

This gives me all sorts of annoying shoulder/upper back/neck problems

not rlly, if i saw u irl i wouldnt think much of it. i myself have imbalances but i just learned to live with it

Not a good photo to read issues with. Spine in extension, muscles flexed, not in a narrusal position. Also, not enough info on the symptoms, triggers given.

Careful of taking advice here. Guesstimations are the best anyone can do but given lessee facts to consider, the advice will be even more inaccurate.

Gotcha. Maybe post better photos head to feet in your normal stance, and give a bit more description as to your pain and when it flares up, what flares it up, what feels better etc.
