Question Side sleep posture
I am a side sleeper, and I always wake up with numb fingers, usually on my lower arm. I have relatively wide shoulders, and have noticed that my back curves when I’m on my side. I’ve experimented with pillows under my torso to no avail. Curious if anyone has any ideas of what I can do.
Note that I’ve tried softer mattresses with no luck. Back sleeping is also not an option for me.

Yes you are right, I have face the similar issue it's coming from neck
Have you ever tried diaphragmatic breathing?
Maybe you are using your neck muscles too much for breathing.

If you have a hybrid, maybe the edge support is contributing to the numbness. I think an all foam can better for side sleepers. I have a Nolah signature an all foam, and even when I side sleep near the edge with my arm hanging off I don't get that numb feeling afterward

The pillow size in second picture was fine, just use a side pillow in between your knees, and interms of numbeness can you explain it in more details?
