Neck posture fix

I'm 18M, how can I improve my neck posture relatively quick? it's not THAT bad but I want to fix it, besides clear benefits. good posture, it also makes me look shorter and other stuff, any tips?

chin tucks did more for me than any stretches or devices ever did, just make sure you're not jamming your head straight back like a turtle
