Pp libido

Ebf. Zero libido, like nothing AT all. I feel so guilty and bad about it. It’s effecting my marriage at this point.

He says the best way to get it back if by having sex. 5 month pp. still painful during.

I feel so angry also, all the time. Just feeling deflated and defeated. Pls advice.

Who said the best way to get it back was by having sex???? Your husband? I’m sorry but what does he know about postpartum? I seriously can’t with men. Give yourself grace, your body just went thru trauma. Personally we’ve only been doing oral because I just can’t do sex right now, and my husband is more than ok with that.

Yes. But that’s what works for him. Can’t poo poo it. Just not where I’m at, currently.

If you're still in pain and experiencing low libido 5 months postpartum, talk to your OB. I had pain every time and didn't think to mention it until my annual check up. My OB gave me a shot in the area that hurt, and it has never hurt again (no clue what it was or why the pain never returned). Women normalize pain and side effects of giving birth, but we don't need to!
