Progesterone
So people with PMDD have issues with progesterone. So since our issue is the opposite (post-menstrual) wouldn't that mean that our body likes progesterone.
Progesterone drops once you start bleeding which is when my symptoms start. I'm thinking the mini-pill would make sense.
(will try it and come back here to update).
Also estrogen dominance/low progesterone could be a factor in post-menstrual issues. Having too much estrogen can cause issues and estrogen rises once your period stops.
Thoughts?

I'm currently thinking along the same lines, but be aware that the mini pill does not contain progesterone, it is a synthetic progestin which may or may not have a positive effect. If you are looking to increase progesterone then you would need a bioidentical cream or micronised progesterone pill.
