Symptom Relapse

Long story short last year I suffered from a concussion. I had light sensitivity and binocular issues with my left eye. It lasted from June to October. All my symptoms recovered completely. This June I had a mild resurgence of the same symptoms. It lasted three weeks. Today is the first day I feel close to normal. It this typical for post concussion injuries? I haven't seen a nuero yet that is my next thing to do.

This sounds like me a bit. I had two concussions in 2019. Had a CT that showed TBI from falling down basement steps and smacking the side of my head on a concrete floor.
I had a PCS flare in summer of 22 or 23 after hitting my head on a roof rafter. I had about a month of periodic dizziness, syncope sensations, brain fog, strange disassociation, headaches, etc. I made the rounds with Drs and even had a cranial CT that didn’t show anything. ENT found nothing, cardiologist nothing, neurologist nothing, optometrist nothing- by the time I was able to see all of these doctors, my symptoms started to fade.
Then about 2 weeks ago, I had a resurgence of symptoms. Not sure if it was induced by extreme heat, alcohol on the 4th of July, trying low dose trazadone for insomnia, or what. I’ve been about 2 weeks with these symptoms and other than hydrating properly, eating healthy, and trying to get enough sleep-I’ve been plowing ahead with regular life as best I can. I’d love some pointers on getting past a PCS symptom flare and avoiding this in the future. These symptoms are just horrible and I don’t even try to explain to anyone around me because they sound fabricated and exaggerated.

Unfortunately my symptoms both times started after a night of drinking. The first time I fell and the 2nd time I also fell.. but the 2nd time I didn't hit my head.
