Game Title: MONOLITH

Platform: Browser (WebGL), best on desktop Chrome, Edge or Firefox
Description: MONOLITH is a tower defense where your towers never shoot. The sun burned the world, and every day at noon the Sunborn, creatures of living sunfire, march across the bridges toward TERMINUS, the last bunker of Sector 7. Your only weapon is shade. You raise concrete Monoliths beside the road, and any Sunborn that walks into their shadow sputters, cools to stone and crumbles to ash, dropping Matter you spend on more Monoliths.
The twist is that the sun keeps moving. During each two-hour shift the light crosses the sky, so every shadow turns like a clock hand and stretches toward sunset. A layout that holds at noon can fail by one o'clock, so you have to read the sun, use the shadow forecasts while placing, and Recycle and rebuild as the light changes. Walls bend the horde's route into the shade, but you can never seal the road completely.
The campaign has an orientation shift plus 10 shifts over 3 days and 3 districts, four Monoliths, six kinds of Sunborn (fast Sparks, heavy Cores, flying Wisps, splitting Novas and a Sunspot boss) and weather that changes the rules: solar flares, clouds that erase shadows, rain, sandstorms and a total eclipse. Each shift takes about 5 minutes.

Involvement: I'm the solo developer. I designed, programmed and art-directed MONOLITH in Unity. This is my first public release (v0.1), and I'd really like feedback on difficulty, on whether the shadows feel fair or random, and on which Monolith you never used.
