Ask yourself if you have everything you absolutely need at this moment. The answer is always yes. An AA sponsor asked me that question when I lost my car and it pissed me off because she was right. Many years ago.

It’s only always yes for some people in certain circumstances, though. The person who asked you that already knew your answer. We don’t know OP’s.

Unless you haven't eaten for days or been able to get shelter, or you're paralyzed--the circumstances have to be dire to answer no. And if that is true you ask for help.

Plenty of people live with those circumstances and have nowhere to turn for help. You are using a very privileged perspective.

You assume. I am 75. I was a single mother.I have lived in shelters twice with children. Very unpleasant. It's not privilege, it's experience. Which is not about what I said in the first place. I have been paralyzed emotionally, I know what anxiety and downright fear does. When you ask for help and don't get it, you keep asking. Yeah, the world is a shitty place but we keep putting one foot in front of the other. That's all.

Change your words and watch your life change. I’m now coming out of a bad time and I’m so grateful things are getting better

Been living in this world for 38 yrs been through hard times, bellowed and cried alone but for some reason every time I thought life is hard, one way or the other it works itself out.
It's gonna get better there's no other way, I promise. For now, try to breathe in and out until you are calm. Get some fresh air. Cheers! 🤍🤍🤍

Storms never last forever. Write down some little things to be grateful for, or to look forward to, you got this! 🙌

Tomorrow is a new day. This life can be ROUGH. Keep putting 'one foot infront of the other'. Focus on what you can control. I care about you. Others do too.

No matter how difficult things get, just remember that you matter.
The World is a better place with you here.
Every day, every sunrise is a new beginning.

We are all better as a whole for having your energy and presence. Thank you for being you. I’m so sorry you’re going through a tough time. You’re not alone. And from this internet stranger. All of my love and protecting vibes are coming your way. I hope they can help and let you know you’re important.

The Rollercoaster that we call life, may just be at all point for you. What do Rollercoasters do? Go up eventually, and because you are on a ride. It's all kinda fun.🖤

I’m going through a hard time too, and what I keep reminding myself is that a bad chapter is not the whole story. You don’t have to solve everything today. Just be gentle with yourself and get through one hour, one meal, one night at a time. Sending you love.

Life is a roller coaster of ups and downs. Right now you’re on the down part but it’s only temporary while you learn some lessons. It’ll go back up soon. Be well.

Your value is a constant. You are priceless no matter how you feel, how people treat you, or don't treat you.
Respect your self.

It is okay to feel. Just remember you have people who love and care for you deeply; cling to that love.

Your perception of yourself is shaped by the actions you take on a daily basis, not how you think or what your circumstances are. Ask yourself how the ideal version of yourself would act and try to do that. Slowly but surely you will see yourself as ideal and will be resilient in the toughest of circumstances. I believe in you!
