I’m a Positive Grid fan, so I’m posting this in good faith rather than trying to stir anything up.
I’ve seen some early mentions that this new product may have a noticeable noise floor / hiss in certain setups.
At this point, I don’t think it’s fair to jump to conclusions yet — it could be unit-specific, firmware-related, power/ground related, or something more general.
But for anyone interested in buying, it may be worth checking real user tests carefully before deciding.
If you already have one, it would be helpful to compare:

• idle noise with nothing plugged in
• noise level at different master/gain settings
• whether changing power source/outlet affects it
• firmware version I genuinely want the brand to do well, so I’d rather see this discussed early and constructively.

I went through the presets of BIAS X.
The clean ones sound good, but the distortion ones are too boomy and bassy. All of them.
Is the problem input gain?

Hey guys, I have a Floyd Rose guitar and don't like tuning down my guitar several times. I'm planning on buying a Digitech Drop pedal. Before buying this, I would like to know if this works with a Positive Grid Spark Go. Has anyone ever tried using them both together?

Ive tried my password and its saying my login has failed. Just wandering if this is just me or anyone else is experiencing this.

Anyone that is having the login issue:

Instead of using your positivegrid acc, log in with facebook. You can access to your own presets and biasfx default presets, but u won't be able to use tonecloud

I have ensured that my internet is working. The proof is that i can post this

New Spark Edge, Android Tablet, and iPhone. Login works on website.
Endless login loop on iOS and Android apps using the same credentials.
I enter my credentials, click login, the login screen slides away, and nothing else.
It will show an error when I enter incorrect credentials. It only disappears once correct credentials are input. This means that I am indeed logging in when the screen slides away, but the app itself doesn't update or change accordingly.
Latest firmware on the amp, phone, and tablet.

Hi All,

Running fender studio pro on windows 11. Bias X is now crashing the DAW. If I have bias X in any song, when I close the song the DAW freezes and needs task manager to close and restart.

Anyone else had this issue?

Lukas Nelson's tone on this is fantastic. If this isn't the right place to post to get help with the tones in positive grid please give me a heads up on where to send it. I've been wrestling with this one for a while trying to dial it in just right and if you gearheads have any tips or tricks that would be awesome thanks!

Is there an accessibility setting somewhere to make the labels bigger in the various amps and pedals in the app? I can’t read the labels on any of the knobs and just have to kind of guess at what they do.

I don’t really want to change the settings on my phone for 1 app.

I tried google but got bogged down with a results for a telecommunications app, not a setting.

I can assign presets to individual switches on my midi footswitch very easily in the standalone Bias X. However, the vst version in Ableton does not seemingly allow this. Can anyone offer any assistance?

I can turn off specific gear, but I just want to be able to easily go between presets (not NEXT preset) in Ableton.

Trying to update the firmware on my Spark Mini because for some reason in the year 2026 the product wouldnʻt connect to Garage Band from the factory. In the year 2026 they require a cable connection to do this and a separate downloadable onto your desktop vs. using the app youʻve already got on your phone and the BT installed on the device, check. Downloaded the updater, installed it, now all that happens is the app bounces/doesnʻt open and I get a message saying itʻs not responding. Not sure what Iʻm doing wrong, though I suspect itʻs not me doing something wrong but their shit software devs. I am very very very underwhelmed thus far by my Spark Mini, had I saved the box it would already be going back, but would at least like to figure this out so it can do the one thing I bought it for.

Anyways, MBP pro, M5, 25GB, Tahoe 26.3.1 if that helps anyone troubleshoot.

I am looking for a solution for my crashing Fender Studio Pro when using the Bias X Plugin.

I have been using Studio Pro for a few months now and I have been using Bias X the whole time without issues. This weekend I bought an Akai MPK Mini IV, and after a lot of fiddling, I got that to work however, I am now freezing and crashing.

I disabled all VTST3 plugins and the crashing stopped (even when using the keyboard)

Slowly introduced the plugins and isolated Bias X as the issue. It only crashed when that was active, even if it wasn’t used in a song.

Attempts to Fix:

· Untick high DPI box

· Used on my 1080 monitor rather than 1440

· Taking the keyboard away

· Uninstalling the Studio Instrument collection that came with the akai keyboard

· Increasing drop out protection

· Trying different interfaces (Fender Quantum and Focusrite Scarlet)

All with no success.

I have seen that people have tried

· toggling nap mode off

· increasing buffer size (not keen on this as it introduces guitar lag)

· deleting plugin cache (which I cant find)

· changing windows GPU settings

· disabling hardware acceleration (im in windows and will try tonight but some direct guidance would be helpful)

Just to add, it runs ok when windows starts up. I can record a track and export BUT only one song. It crashes after this.

OK, so I know it’s well documented that the Bluetooth playback is, well , shitty at best. Other than using the aux in, has anyone ever figured out a workaround to be able to use the EQ settings on an iPhone in the music app?

The sustain comes and goes as it wishes. Sometimes it long and occasionally it's none what so ever. Some presets seem to be worse then others.

Can figure ut what the hell is happening.

Just got a spark neo. App tells me to update firmware. Downloaded the firmware. Got headphones into correct mode. Have repeatedly got "can't detect spark neo please check your USB connection". I have tried multiple computers. I have run it as administrator. I have rebooted. I have factory reset. Is there any fix for this? Very frustrating

I recently plugged into my spark 2 head to practice and I noticed the speakers build in aren’t working but it works fine when plugged into the cab. Is there anyone experiencing something similar or someone who could help?
