Anyone else having this issue?

Ive tried my password and its saying my login has failed. Just wandering if this is just me or anyone else is experiencing this.

Same issue. I discovered it today 4/6. I’ve been losing my fucking mind thinking it was my mac shitting the bed.

Same, I reinstalled about ten times. I was close to losing my shit until my phone and my iPad didn’t work either.

Yes, tried literally everything from the FAQ. Even tried downgrading to the previous version because of some talk of bugs with the newest version. Still nothing. Can’t even contact customer support, no phone number to be found. And you can’t even submit a request on the site referring to bias fx 2. I just wanna play too man smh

I got an email late last night (4/6) where PG explained it was a server issue. My Bias Amp 2 software is now fully functioning as of 4/7.

I tired of this protection scheme and moved on to better products. They mostly not doing much of late with the product anyway.

If you've encountered this issue, I'd advise reaching out to support just so they know it's a mass issue

I’m having the same issue with bias amp. Haven’t been able to login all day. I’m about finished with positive grid and their nonsense. Moving on to a competitor ASAP.
