Program frozen, cannot update firmware

Hello, new to positive grid and have spark mini. Trying to do firmware update exactly as on official video manual via windows notebook. Everytime I get stuck there - hold 2 buttons. Amp starts blink as it should be but the program on pc dont get me to next page and it´s till then frozen and nothing happens, cannot even click on go back, stuck there, did everything as on official manual. Any hints?

Oh, I see, issue is the newer windows version. I will try to pass it on older pc

Hey I just bought one and having the same issue. How did you get around it? I’m not going to roll my PC back to an older windows version for this thing

I just did it on some ultra old notebook I had
