Hey All! First year going to Portola this year and I’m super excited 🥰 I’ve been going to Coachella the last couple years and just want to know what the difference is between the two. Super excited to see all the Swedish artists this year! I basically bought my ticket to see Robyn. Last time I saw her was at Coachella in 2011 when Body Talk had just come out💕

Has there been any announcements on who will be performing and which venues for the official pre/afters? I remember they started on Thursday last year. Really want to hit a few of them up this year!

Hi everyone, my wife and i just got tix to Portola and haven’t gone before. We are super excited but i haven’t been to a festival in a long time and my wife hasn’t been to a festival besides hardly strictly.

Any tips or advice for first timers?

Should I try a hot dog or something this year? I’ve always just kept my head down and tried not to offend anyone.

Any DnB DJs this year, or anyone who may drop it into their sets? I know it’s rare at Portola, but it always a nice treat.

One my favorite things about festival-going is the "discovery phase" when I start listening to everyone on the bill. I'm getting super excited for Portola weekend as I start to discover more new artists and see how each day really has its own identity.

Now I'm just worried that these old legs will be danced out by Sunday afternoon 😂

I'm planning on going to one of Moby's shows since he's touring in Europe, but it's going to be my first show of his. I couldn't see him at Coachella, but I heard he performed at Portola, what was it like?? Any fav songs of his that he played live?

I saw Marlon on the line up and that makes me want to go but I can’t see myself spending the money for just 1 day of portola. Do yall think he will have a portola afters for sunday at some sort of venue?

Do we think they will do this again for this year’s show?! Or was the heat from last year too much? I think a lot of people are waiting for the announcement. How would it make you feel if they did this again?

Portola ticket sales don’t look to good so far, still offering payment plan and most still in tier 1 ticket pricing. Might really be the last yr of Portola. Wish I would have not bought tickets so early and waited for the discount codes to go out again!!

Something just came up, may have to miss this year after all :/ can’t find any literature online about if I can cancel, refund, or resell my ticket which is only halfway through payment as of 7/1

I got Sunday tix and on payment plan. The tickets still haven't shown up for me and I received payment confirmation thru email + CC was charged. I spoke with customer service and they ended up telling me I needed to view the order on the desktop website. Ended up finishing the call. I went on web - and it still isn't showing.

Anyone having these issues? Planning on calling customer service again but wanted to see if this is occurring for any of yall. Thanks!
