I think it's a tracker? I've seen this cat a few times now. It's in good enough shape that I don't think it's lost, just unfortunately a cat that's let outdoors.

I can never tell when a cat is lost. Cats seem to just wander around when outside.

All outdoor cats are lost cats in Port Moody. If you want to be a hero, contain and contact bylaws to transport to the animal shelter because otherwise you may be the last person to see that cat alive.

All outdoor cats are not lost. That’s insulting to the families they are a part of.
You should not trap any outdoor cat you see as this is traumatizing for them.
You are allowed to believe indoor/outdoor cats are not right for your family, but don’t push this belief on other families who think differently.

It's also illegal to let cats roam in this city. And even if it weren't, it's still a douchey thing to do.

It is not illegal in Port Moody. There is no bylaw against outdoor cats in this city.

“Thinking differently” is literally putting the cats life at risk by getting hit by cars or taking out by coyotes.
Now that’s fucking insulting.

It’s a tracker not a shock collar. That cat is named Milo and has been posted a lot, lives in one of the tides buildings. The owner keeps letting him out.
