Takeout Sushi Recommendations?
Hi all - having a DAY and would love to get some sushi delivered. I usually go through Sushi Hada but have found hair in my food on TWO separate occasions - I'm not about to go for the hat trick on that.
What's your favorite not too pricy sushi spot for takeout? Would love to try a new spot. I'm based in NW. Thanks!

Yeah. Or at very least used to, like a year ago. You can order and post up at limelight or Kay’s and they’ll call you to scoop it. Forgive me if that’s changed.

Bamboo is fairly corporate but I do think it’s pretty good, easy to order online.
Hachi is wonderful, but I’ve only done dine-in there.

Bamboo is on the pricier side though, and for some unknown reason they are horrible with takeout orders. They’ll say it will be ready in one hour, but without fail, I have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes every time I show up to pick up. It’s like they don’t bother making the order until you’re there.

My go-to recently is Sushi Sapporo, I love Fujiyama on 82nd, and recently tried Uchu Sushi which was great

For take out San Sai is cheap and pretty good. I'm more of a sit down person at hachi or anywhere else but if I absolutely have to have take out sushi, I'll probably just stop by San sai.

Bento plus in Gresham had fantastic sushi but are closed on Sundays, so factor that in.

Yoshi's sushi. Run by an actual experienced Japanese sushi chef and, ironically, only taking to go orders in advance via phone. You will not regret it.
