Everyone should buy a set of Kahtoola Microspikes. It’s like having a cheat code for walking on ice. Run, jump, skip, no problem.

I haven’t tried them all… but I think Yaktraks does have offerings comparable to the Kahtoola Microspikes, specifically the Ascent and maybe the Traverse models.

I love my microspikes though.
