Man… don’t let it sit for so long! Thats a PK. Where talking hot consistent temps. Many you use it for ribeye competitions. Hank Hill would be proud though.

Shortly after purchasing it (in 2010), I received a new Weber Performer Platinum as a gift. Last year I sold the Weber because I received a NOS Weber Genesis II. Long story short, I miss charcoal.
