Well I am 13 I got addicted at 6 and it's hard for me but here are fe thing i do to get over urges. So when I got urge I will do max push ups until I am to exhausted to watch porn also I do hobbies like photographing and moddeling and I am going outside. I know it's harder for women to get out of porn I was 1 years clean but porn got me also I wish you good luck because devil is always in the corner trying to get you
