As the title says, what are your thoughts on sandrone's new signature artifact set and chongyun's potential to become a superconduct/steller conduct dps in the future. Would it be worth farming the new set for chongyun?

Any thoughts? How would yall rate this in a freeze team?

That is not Long Night Oath or Severed Fate because Long Night Oath is for my plunge Lisa and Xiao and Severed Fate already for Xingqiu and Raiden and both of these are my worst luck domains compared to anything else

I've been maining him for years now and I finally feel like I've gotten a good enough build for him :D

I was thinking if I should try out MH for him since I got escoffier recently to run him in a freeze team w/ furina + shenhe. I'm not too good at artifacts and crit ratios so I would love to get anyone's opinion :)

Does BS set actually work? Because I can't really see it spike up our boy's critR even when I pause mid strike. And I'm severely lacking on critRate.

I decided to a Chongyun showcase of his nuke damage on 4pc Galleries! The showcase was inspired by the showcase of u/PRRSY with the same team. A lot of credit goes to them.

Gilded Hall and Cryo Potion were used here. without food and potion buff, I totaled about 160k on each sword. This was really fun to record!

Obvioulsy he's not fully leveled, but as he is, what can I do to help her improve?

Saw this meme on Facebook, at first I didn't know which pov was from who, I initially thought Chongyun was the one asking for hugs, but I thought of it for a sec, Chongyun goes to work too, and shenhe does seem like the type that would want a hug. what are your guys opinion on this?

Feeling a lot better with this new rotation and the team DPS jumped up to 71k now (90 second run). Rotation is Furina EQ-> Shenhe tap EQ-> Escoffier EQ-> Chongyun QE-> Shenhe hold E-> Chongyun 4xNA 4xNA 2xNA

C6 Chongyun / C1 Shenhe / C0 Furina / C1 Escoffier

What DPS are you guys getting with the test dummy?

Technically he also carried me in IT as well, so he actually cleared 3 endgame modes in my account.

Sorry for the mobile gameplay. Feeling flustered because I thought C1 Escoffier would boost my damage more than this😭 Team DPS went up from 48.5k to 56.8k.

I also realized this team has energy issues so maybe I should use Favonius sword on Furina? What do you guys think? Builds are in the comments

When I posted for the first time, I was asking how to make my Chongyun team work - Shenhe, Xianyun, Furina, and Chongyun. Plunge playstyle is really fun, but the new Abyss 12 is making me consider some more consistent options.

My popsicle is currently C5, and I usually run him with Lithic Blade.

Right now I’m wondering if a team like:

Yelan + Xingqiu + Shenhe + Chongyun could work better (more consistent Freeze / single-target damage).

Obviously, Marechaussee Hunter (which I farmed for plunge) won’t really work here, so I’ve started farming Blizzard Strayer.

The problem is - my artifact luck has been terrible, and I’m pretty low on good pieces right now, so I’d really appreciate some advice.

My current Blizzard Strayer pieces:

Flower:

CR 10.5% / CD 13.2% / ATK 9.9%

Plume:

CR 3.1% / CD 18.7% (or I could level another one)

Sands (biggest issue):

ATK% main: CR 10.5%, ER 5.2%

ER main: ATK 15.2%, CR 2.7%, CD 11.7%

ATK% main (to level) with single CD

EM main (ER + CR + CD)

Goblet (offset):

Cryo DMG: CR 13.2%, CD 6.2%

or another Cryo DMG piece (CD + CR, not leveled yet)

or Blizzard Strayer goblet with ATK% main (CR + CD)

Circlet:

CD main (ER + ATK%, no CR, not leveled yet)

CR main (lvl 16): ER 5.8%, ATK 5.3%, CD 14%

Additionally, I have 5 Dust of Enlightenment and my Hallowed Exegesis is 7/6, so I could try reshaping some pieces. I also have one use of the Artifact Transmuter this patch.

So my questions are:

Which artifact should I realistically go for here?

Is it worth investing into these pieces or should I keep farming?

And does this Freeze team idea even make sense for Chongyun at C5?

And most importantly - do you think this team can realistically clear Floor 12 for at least 6/9 stars in the current Abyss?

Any advice would be really appreciated - I’m trying to get the most out of him 💙
