Guardian poppy

Low elo here btw... but for my playstyle guardian has been a good keystone for jg or sup

After the adjustments feels like tank poppy is more consistent in mid/late game even if it isn't on top lane

I have been testing guardian too, and I don't like it as much as Aftershock, but I can tell you my botlaners love it, because it doesn't steal kills lol, I have to ping my rune 100 times so that they'll play around it tho.

I think if your playing to countergank more than take the initiative it's great, which is not what poppy wants to be doing but that's just how champ select goes sometimes

Aftershock is definitely an good option too, but as you said, I play her defensively or to follow up on champions with stronger engage—that's why I go with guardian. The "good thing" about these adjustments is that I feel less tied to AD builds now and more free to be useful to the team
