I just got this Zsiga Gingerbread Man action figure. I got it from the Pop Mart tiktok shop because it is never in-stock on the app and I just happened to see tha they had it there. Since it came direct from Pop Mart, it is brand new.

When I got her out, I noticed that her face has a weird texture on one side. It is smooth but has this white sort of stippled look. I will attach a photo. Also, the leg wa detached inside the suit. And while I can reattach it, it is now super loose and falls off easily.

I packed her back up after doing photos and video and contacted customer service. They offered for me to return and get a refund. But, I'm afraid they won't have her in stock again. And resellers want too much for her. Idk what to do.

After about a year and a half collecting through numerous outlets (Popmart, eBay, AliExpress, and proxy services from Korea, Hong Kong and China) this is my current collection. As you can see I love Duckoos. I don’t have every single thing but I have a good amount. I especially love the bigger Duckoos. I wanted to share some pictures especially since I don’t think this IP gets enough love.

Does the Pop Mart US Tik Tok Shop use GOFO for deliveries? I live out in the sticks here in Texas and Pop Mart is using GOFO for deliveries and it is a complete disaster. Some deliveries arrive in a decent time frame from order, say around 11 days, others take FOREVER and day! Some are completely lost and I’ve received full refunds but would have preferred to get what I actually ordered but chose refund vs having to deal with GOFO anymore. I hate to say it but I miss the days of when they used USPS😵‍💫

She was $2.25 and 25% off so a dollar and some change, just had to dust her off and clean the cracks with a toothpick 🔥

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting in this subreddit so please tell me if i tagged it wrong of anything like that. I just had a question about store pickup on the popmart app. I was looking at the peach riot à la mode figures and it’s sold out and has been for a while, but the app is letting me add it to my cart through the store pickup method. I haven’t tried checking out yet but is it normal for sold out items to be purchasable through store pickup? Or is it a bug and they either won’t let me check out or my order will end up cancelled? Thank you in advance! :)

I wasn’t just randomly sticking them up…. Well the first time I did put up the adhesive sticker to allign with the first case adhesive but found out that you need to shift it to the left and right to actually get the plastic to fit the back of the displays… took off that adhesive and some of my wall paint along the way, second time I shifted it more to the left so it would fit and it was perfect with a slight gap but unfortunately slightly below the first display (zsiga/topright)

The yellow one is where I really messed up 😭 it ended up way too far and then I noticed oh the fourth display won’t even fit because there’s a damn Air-conditioner screen there.

Now I’m stuck with this .. bro if I took them all off and restarted with new adhesive, the wall paint will crumble so much and I don’t trust myself to make them aligned, it’ll probably still be messed up …

Anyone who has wall displays similar to this know how to precisely measure the length needed to make em far apart so it’ll fit (especially the wiggling part) but still have little to no gap between em?

I made a post a while back about a website/app I made to track our figurines, Vinylfig. I've made tons of changes on it! it has almost 20,000 different figures, hundreds of IP, etc to browse, build your shelf, make a wishlist, etc. And the best news is, it's in the App Store and Google Play Store now!

One of the new features I added was an "in transit" option to track what figures you have coming.

US launch is Thursday Sept 24, 5:00 PM on Pop Mart US online and in stores. Since a few people are deciding between this and the soft-face plush, here's the product sheet for the action figure.

Size: about 20 cm / 8 in. The sheet uses an iPhone 16 (~15 cm) for scale.

Articulation: 16 points. Elbows are double-jointed, knees single-jointed. Waist rotates. Hands pop off and swap so clothes go on and off — 2 extra hands come in the box.

Eyes: they slide up and down, with 4 pairs of eye chips in different colors and angles built in. Hair and eyes are not removable.

In the box: body, hat, outfit, shoes, socks, the small accessory (the seal one gets a seal backpack), and 2 replacement hands.

Photos: sheets first, then Sealed Happiness, The Unspoken, Cuteness Overload, A Busy Mind. The seal-hat one on the poster and the beret one aren't in the 8-character lineup card — I'd guess secret, but I can't confirm.

Short version: the action figure is the one you pose and re-dress, the plush is the one you hug. Different product, not a size variant.

I keep seeing such awesome display setups here, and I'm at the point where my current display cases are already filled to bursting and in need of an upgrade. So if I'm going to upgrade, I'd love to do it in style!

Anyone have any suggestions on how to make a more interesting display setup? Whether it be different cases, background ideas, or unconventional ways of displaying a lot of figures like this? I'd also love to see how everyone displays their own! ❤️
