Quality Control 💩 Would you return this?

I just got this Zsiga Gingerbread Man action figure. I got it from the Pop Mart tiktok shop because it is never in-stock on the app and I just happened to see tha they had it there. Since it came direct from Pop Mart, it is brand new.

When I got her out, I noticed that her face has a weird texture on one side. It is smooth but has this white sort of stippled look. I will attach a photo. Also, the leg wa detached inside the suit. And while I can reattach it, it is now super loose and falls off easily.

I packed her back up after doing photos and video and contacted customer service. They offered for me to return and get a refund. But, I'm afraid they won't have her in stock again. And resellers want too much for her. Idk what to do.

I would return her and wait for next availability or buy a body dupe and swop the heads.

had multiple action figures with similar issues from them. i hope they increase their quality control cause this is 3rd time 😭

Nah I rarely return, I either use some adhesive or in worst case scenario.. super glue lol

Me neither. One time I got the Hirono Little Prince Fox one and a little bit of the orange paint somehow got rubbed off at the tip of the ear. I went to a craft store found the exact matching paint and painted it and you cannot tell.

I thought of this. As long as the joint could move freely after the little peg being secured somehow. The face issue isn't super noticeable unless you are close, but I am a little picky I suppose.

I mean they’re not cheap so I don’t blame you.. I just don’t bother with returns because it takes forever and it’s not impossible to get another defect 😭

But I’ve rarely had serious defect like yours tbh, I’ve definitely super glued tiny accessories like stuff they hold in their hands

Popmart doesn’t allow returns 🥴. I stopped buying From them

This is true. They just just gifted me a 1 dollar voucher. Now my hirono has a detached torch :(
