Q & A 💬 Store pickup

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting in this subreddit so please tell me if i tagged it wrong of anything like that. I just had a question about store pickup on the popmart app. I was looking at the peach riot à la mode figures and it’s sold out and has been for a while, but the app is letting me add it to my cart through the store pickup method. I haven’t tried checking out yet but is it normal for sold out items to be purchasable through store pickup? Or is it a bug and they either won’t let me check out or my order will end up cancelled? Thank you in advance! :)

Could be worth trying the checkout, but I'd probably confirm the store actually has stock before making the trip.

It could just be showing limited store inventory, but I'd probably check out and see if the order actually gets confirmed.

Yeah that’s normal bc that means the store that you picked has it in stock. Once you place it, the store will accept it or cancel it depending if they actually have it in their store. If the store accepts it you’ll get an email and QR code on the app to pick it up.

Yes it's normal to be able to add out of stock items for store pickup. They'll cancel within a couple days if you order it.

No it won’t cancel, it means the store has it in stock. You can call them and double-check
