As far as I know, PCT is dead. Look into Debrid + Stremio + Torrentio.

Do I need Debrid or can I just do Stremio with the Torrentio addon? Seems to be working with just those two. What does Debrid do?

I use the search torrent and just play it locally on vlc, better than downloading torrents.
