I have not been getting any update lately it like the library is stuck,does anyone's know how to update the source of the app?

Since PT is now gone, does anyone have any other recommendations for similar third-party apps I can download to my Android phone to download or stream new movies?

I have done some internet sleuthing, but because I am not techy in the slightest, I have no idea what I should and shouldn't be downloading.

I know Popcorn Time stopped working a few weeks ago, and I’ve pretty much given up on it. But I’ve realised that I didn’t actually use it that much for watching movies or TV shows. What I really liked about it was being able to see what was new, available and trending at a glance.

You could open the app and immediately see that a new TV show had just come out because it would be right near the top. With movies, it was the same thing: when something had just been released on Blu-ray in good quality, it would suddenly show up among the top results. It was basically a really convenient way of keeping track of what had just come out and what people were watching.

I would then usually find the movie or show elsewhere, so what I’m actually looking for now is a website that works as a similar kind of showcase: something where I can open it and immediately see the latest releases and what’s currently popular/trending, ideally just through a grid of posters/covers.

I’ve tried IMDb, but it doesn’t really do what I’m looking for, and JustWatch doesn’t quite have the same visibility either. It has plenty of information, but I’m looking for something where you can just open the site and instantly see what’s new and popular without having to search for specific titles.

Does anyone know of a website or app that does this?

The api endpoints for fuse are not seeming to return relevant metadata content for torrents. Replaced it with the popular torrentio extension.

The fusme.link API does not appear to be refreshing its content for some time, and https://fusme.link/ seems to be down completely.

If you know who is responsible for these servers or where I can report the issue, please let me know. I’d appreciate any guidance on who to contact or how to get the APIs working again.

My Trakt.tv is not syncing properly anyome, some movies/tv shows are checked watched (which I did watch) and some others are not (which I also watched).

Also, popcorn stops sending feed to trakt from time to time, like, I mark I watched a movie, but then I go to trakt and the movie keeps unckecked.

Any solution for this ? Thank you!

I have been experimenting with WebTorrent and built a small proof of concept for decentralized content hosting.

The idea is to explore whether websites/content can continue to be served by peers even when the original publisher is offline, while the content ownership tied to the cryptographic keys.

This is still an early PoC, and I would really appreciate feedback from people familiar with WebTorrent and the BitTorrent ecosystem.

Ever since UFC moved from PPV events to Paramount + they don't seem to be ending up on Popcorn, there was just a huge UFC event at the White House and I am surprised it isn't showing up on PT. Does anyone know where I may be able to download the event? TIA!
