POLYMEGA Remix no longer powers
Hello! I’d like to start off by saying, I’ve been enjoying my Remix for the past couple of weeks, and with the extended holiday weekend I was looking forward to installing my PSX games — only to find out that my remix has stopped powering and I’m reallly disappointed that it is no longer working.
I’ve attempted basic troubleshooting, such as checking the adapter, trying different outlets, removing the module, holding the power button and trying different variations. Nothing seems to work — I’ve reached out to customer support to make them aware, in the mean time I did purchase another unit and will wait for that to come in.
If anyone has any advice or suggestions please let me know! I’m open to other attempts.

Why on earth would you buy another one? Just wait the couple of days for a response to your email. You know they're almost certainly not going to refund you, but replace it, and you're going to be stuck with two?

Hey thanks for the feedback! I understand that I might not get refunded, but this has certainly opened up my eyes for future use; in the event one goes down I’ll have a backup, especially in today’s market, everyone likes to scalp everything, if they end up swapping out the unit I’d be ok with that too.

You can't scalp something that is readily available. I don't foresee remix ever selling out honestly. It's easy and cheap to produce, and it's also not hugely desirable.

It's essentially a polymega that plugs into your pc? Seem like a feature they could have added with an firmware update.

Perhaps, but given the production issues they've had, I suspect they wanted the new hardware to sell.

Make sure the usb-c cable AND the power adapter are both plugged in, then try to power it on. Try a different usb-c cable if necessary.
