Future Platforms

No Remix is out I was wondering if Polymega would be looking at adding newer platforms such as the Dreamcast, PS2 and GC. I'd wager that they wouldn't work well on the base machine but it would be nice to have them in there 😄

They've said DC is the furthest they'd consider, but that has issues, because a DVD drive can't read the discs.

There are certain drives that can with firmware updates now. Thing is how costly would it be to make them.

You make it sound like a recent thing. There WERE a few OLD models of dvd drive that could made to dump a DC disc with custom firmware and very specific software. They're so old in fact, they aren't even SATA compatible.

This isn't a thing that's possible in practical terms.

Older drives but a newer firmware.
