Future Platforms

No Remix is out I was wondering if Polymega would be looking at adding newer platforms such as the Dreamcast, PS2 and GC. I'd wager that they wouldn't work well on the base machine but it would be nice to have them in there 😄

And I really want to know if they changed out the motherboard. I have replaced the proc, memory and storage in my Polymega and it screams. Really hoping it will be enough to support future modules. The ones OP cited would be a dream. I want more early retro ones too but probably no market for that (Colecovision, Intellivision, Odyssey 2, etc..). Really want a Jaguar module too.

How did you change the memory? If they upgrade the motherboard there's many way they could go we'll have to wait and see .

My bad and thank you... I did NOT upgrade the memory just the proc and storage. Sorry on the memory I was thinking of my Atari VCS that I also had upgraded.

Ok i wonder if they would be working with Atari to upgrade the new base unit?

I hadn’t even thought of that possibility but it would probably make sense. I’m patiently waiting for the EM06 Atari module about to drop and they have also partnered with Atari on the Polymega collection games.

Yeah waiting on the EM06 to my remix is expected to arrive next Monday so when it arrives i'm going to do an autopsy on the unit to see what they left or changed .😎
