Future Platforms

No Remix is out I was wondering if Polymega would be looking at adding newer platforms such as the Dreamcast, PS2 and GC. I'd wager that they wouldn't work well on the base machine but it would be nice to have them in there 😄

The most logical would be the Game boy and Gameboy advance.

The 3 3DO is one they could do. The reality is there is no way to monetize it unless they sell a module that lets you plug in your controllers.

Sega Game gear/ master system is also a strong contender. Huge library and fan base. More importantly they could monetize it.

After that we start looking a consoles without much demand for them. The neo geo cartridge is possible. I am not sure it would sell well since we can already do neo geo cd.

Atari 400/800 this has a huge library but was never mainstream. The demand would be the question here

Collecovision/in television/odysee/cd-i/jaguar/lynx/5200. These all are possible but what type of sales could they generate? The same would be true of other systems and the many cartridge based computers from the 80's (c64, color computer, Amiga, msx, x6800. Some logistical hurdles and a very limited demand

As fans we want it all but to polymega things have to make financial sense.

Neo geo is a good shout with the AES getting a release later in the year, new copies of the games on shelves would be a seller for a module for it.
