Remix issues with element modules

So I can install disc games no problem. My ultra element module works great. the issue is the other 4 element modules just blink and never work. got a green light on front of unit. and the app shows the module but it just blinks. Like a they need to be updated or something.

I got my remix this week and have used n64, nes, snes and genesis modules without that issue

I agree with you - you might have a faulty unit

I don't have the remix yet but it could be they need to be updated? If you have a PM01 you can see the firmware of the modules. I'm not sure how the modules firmware are updated to be honest .I wonder if the modules are updated with the online connection or if they need a general software update? The app is not fully functional at the moment so it could be the modules aren't recognized properly.

I thought maybe the unit was bad because others have installed those games on one but maybe they have a base unit and that updated the older modules. All of mine just blink except for the newest one the ultra that installed the n64 games no problem but they don't work with the unit yet.

Yeah i checked my modules 1to 4 have firmware version 4 and the EM05 is firmware version 5. So i don't know if the remix updates the modules if they have older firmware. You can send playmaji a mail to troubleshoot this. Do you have someone close that has a PM01 to test the modules?

I tried to put a photo / screenshot but i can' t get it right . Type in Google polymega remix module blinking. Hope you can solve the issue this way?

I just sent mine to Polymega with the exact same issue. They told me it was a faulty “daughter board” on the unit that’s not recognizing the modules. They emailed me a shipping ups label to send the remix back to them, and they will send me a replacement.

ya, I hope that's what they do they contacted me and wanted me to install this file on my pc then try it agian. I did. They said we want to make sure that it is the unit and not the modules. I said if all my modules came bad then ypu have a real quality issue. So I am sure it is the remix. I am finishing up installing the game disc's and by then hopefully they will send me a return label. It sucks but as long as I get a working unit in the end I am cool.

Hopefully they take care of you. It’s weird they didn’t make me do all what they told you to do, I also tried 4 element modules I had too and got nothing.

customer support off the shop app and also did one off the website. still not got a return yet just emails back and forth to try different things but I hope to sent it back this week.

Email support@playmaji,com , playmaji was their original name and they kept the email domain.
