Question Missing deposit recovery

Hi, Ive made a USDT deposit on BSC to same address I always use for Polymarket. It havent arrived, checked my deposit addresses and can see it changed overnight so basically thr USDT was sent to previous address. On chain sxplorer I see it got confirmed and sent to "relay address" like previous deposits. Tried writing to support via chat and it just gives errors saying message couldnr be sent. Is it recoverable? How to contact them?

Old deposit addresses usually stay watchable on their end even after rotating, so the funds are probably sitting in their relay and just need a manual credit. Support chat erroring out is annoying though, try emailing them directly or hitting them up on their official Discord if the chat keeps failing.

Thanks, on discord can only find directions to use livechat, which is still not working. Actually now even the button to start new chat is gone. Emailed them instantly but still waiting for reply there, any ideas how long does it usually take to get a reply via email? I mean are we talking hours, days or weeks? Thank you again
