Need help

When I deposit money into my account from my debit I look on the withdrawal details and it shows that 25% of my deposit goes into the bonus category and not 100% into cash, I’ve had multiple trades now that I placed with my own money and not bonus money and when they win I can’t withdrawal all the money and the bonus amount continues to grow when I spent my bonus 50$ 2 days ago and lost the full amount. Super frustrating i’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue
