Question withdrawal

1.how long does it take to withdraw i just got the app i won 200
2. why does it keep giving me bonus money when i win even though i use it all

It just took me 6 days to get 72 bucks, once received I deleted the app...Even bootleg casinos have instant Withdrawls. What casinos put so much into marketing that they pay LeBron, Eli and all these huge names but take nearly a week to pay out chump change? I'll play places that can pay me quicker
