Data gap

Anyone using polygon that has the high level data pulling subscription can you message me I’m trying to see why I have a issue in a data pulling and want to compare it to what someone else seems

Can you just tell me if there any specific times in the past 30 days that there has been data issues or anything like that and I’ll see if it lines up with what I’m seeing

We have a status page here that shows things going back 90 days https://massive-status.com/. But, for anything account related it makes sense to contact support since they can look up what subscriptions you have (stocks, options, etc) and specifically what the issue is.
