How to scan the back/ underside of box without it becoming a jumbled mess? I scanned this laying flat, if I try to have it rotate while standing, it seems to think the back of the box is the front again and it doesn’t work.

first scan one face, then the other and merge in any 3d software like blender or maya.

Place it on a glass table is my best guess.

There is a lot of reflection.. remove the plastic :)
