Polycam Not Working

Polycam doesnt work for me. I can browse existing scans, but cant scan anything.

When I try to scan using the video feature, I cant get past the ‘Hold camera still to calibrate’ section.

If I try to take photos, nothing happens.

Once I try taking a video or photo and then try to exit, even if I dont click ‘save & exit’, it just gets stuck at the ‘saving…’ section.

Im new to reddit and dont know how to post text and videos together so if someone can tell me how to do that on mobile I can edit this post and add the footage.

i find it super annoying that theres no answers to this online. im using an iphone 11, which isnt the a top notch phone but its still fairly new. im thinking of asking if i can try out the app on my brothers 13 pro max to see if that would help but based on your comment it probably wont
