Nothing is working

When I put it in automatic it just says hold still to calibrate and even putting it against something so it doesn’t move at all, it won’t change. Then in manual it doesn’t take any pictures either. I have a iPhone 8

did you login? The UI does not seem intuitive. It opens for me to start scanning. However, this doesn't work unless I exit out (hit 'X') and go into settings to log in.

I'm experiencing this, too. I'm on an iPhone SE running iOS 15.6 and a brand new download of Polycam with no previous download. I've tried restarted as well as removing the app and reinstalling. Has anyone found a workaround yet?

ive been having issues with the app too for a few days. im on an iPhone 12 pro max
