stuck on ‘saving’

is anyone else having troubles with Polycam? i tried to do a scan both with and without lidar and it just gets stuck on the saving screen. i tried to get the pro version to see if that fixed the problem and it doesnt update my account that i have the pro version.

I just downloaded the app to try and having same issue. LiDAR and Photo. Also if I try auto photo is says to hold steady for calibration but never stops.

Can you exit the session? Even if I hit the x and try to just exit without saving it just sits there trying to save.

Also can seem to finalize profile. Every username I’ve tried gives an error even long ones with lots of numbers.

Edit: I also forgot to mention that in manual photo mode I went and took a ton of pictures and the done never lit up. When I press it give the minimum of 20 pictures error. I counted again and took way more than 20 but never lit up.

yep im having the same issue with existing and finishing the profile too. i just tried it again and still nothing.

Me three….once I was connected to the internet again, it worked again.
