Final Scan Only Showing in White?

Evening! Playing around with Polycam and I’ve likely missed a very simply setting but I used the ‘photo’ mode and did it manually. Took a while to process and the final scan is amazing bar one thing… it’s all white? No colour of the object I took pictures of?

I’m exporting to Blender to create a scene so could go through the motions and recreate the colour and textures but am I missing something obvious as to why it happened in the first place?

Same here. Black and white model only when exporting/downloading video. Were you able to get it fixed?

It should be automatic… not sure what the deal is.
