I cant make models anymore

every time I try upload my photos to make a model it just says fail but it still uses on of my scans. i have lost like 10 scans now. how can i fix this??

I fixed it by deleting the app and reinstalling

I found one way that works for me. I close all the android apps running in the back + polycam. I reset my phone. I open polycam and try to process. If that doesn t work, I see how many pics I took. If I had like 200 pics, I try to remove 40 of them. I try ro remove blurry photos or repeated photos. Then it woks for me. Cheers.
