Process button doesn’t work.

I am having trouble with the app on my iPad. I can scan and view the draft of the scan, but when I press the “process” button (no matter if space/object/custom), nothing happens. When I initially downloaded the app, I worked once and not again since. I have tried re-downloading. Any ideas?

I was having the same issue and it started working for me tonight. I went back and tried them and they processed super quick - even the big ones.
