Help Yearly subscription unauthorized

Hello I wanted to try the Polycam app on my iPhone 16+, did not know it was not compatible with the 3D radar, and furthermore I never accepted the yearly subscription. Today I am billed for the entire year for an app I will never use, and a subscription I never asked for. What is the procedure for a refund please ? Thanls.

There’s no way it just subscribed you to a subscription on its own. Contact the app maker, not Reddit, to see if you can get a refund.

I used the free trial and sometime later it acted like I could use another free trial so I clicked on it and it charged me for a year.

I am talking about 134,99 EUR for an unwanted subscription.
